Minnesota's Concordia College names dean of students

Raymond Lu-Ming Ou has been named the new Dean of Students at Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn.
Ou was previously Dean of Freshman Affairs at Yale University and has also worked in the area of student affairs at Johns Hopkins University. He received a bachelors and masters degree in piano performance from the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University. He later completed a M.S. in clinical counseling from Johns Hopkins before beginning his career in student affairs.
Ou began his work at Concordia in July.
Concordia College is a four-year liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America offering 78 majors, including 18 honors majors, and 12 preprofessional programs.
