Ulteig welcomed Sudheer Dhulipala and Arnold Niemeyer to Civil Services and Eric Strafelda to Energy Services.
Sudheer Dhulipala joined Ulteig as a lead engineer in the Transportation market. He earned his master’s degree in transportation systems engineering at Virginia Tech. Dhulipala holds a professional engineering license from Texas and is also a professional traffic operations engineer. Previously, he worked as a civil engineer III at Jacobs Engineering. Dhulipala will work in the Bismarck office.
Arnold Niemeyer also joins the company’s Transportation market as a lead engineer. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Metropolitan State College. Prior to joining Ulteig, Niemeyer was project manager and associate at Martin/Martin, Inc. He will work in the Williston office.
Eric Strafelda will work as an engineering intern in the Generation, Planning, & Renewable Energy market of Energy Services. He is currently attending North Dakota State University, working toward his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Before joining Ulteig, Strafelda was senior student manager and development associate at the North Dakota State University Development Foundation. He will work in the Fargo office.
