This is not the kind of development the state of SD needs. Government and Hyperion have duped the citizens of SD into letting this happen. If this refinery is such a good thing, why didn't Canadians fight to site it in Canada? Instead, they are fighting against mining the tar sands that would fuel this refinery. Bidding for the "server farms" that Microsoft, Google, and others are building around the country would be a much cleaner, higher use of SD resources; clean air, hardworking people, and availability of electric power.
