Gilbertson, Krabbenhoft announce letter of intent signing

Roger Gilbertson (left), president and CEO of MeritCare, and Kelby Krabbenhoft (right), CEO of Sanford Health, announced the signing of a letter of intent to merge the two regional health care organizations during press conferences in Sioux Falls and Fargo the same day in July.
