Mark Finstad is president of Ultima Bank Minnesota (UBM), a $125 million community bank with branches in Winger, Fosston and Plummer along with a Loan Production Office in Bemidji, Minn. He is a 30-year banking veteran serving in his current position since 2006 and having previously worked 24 years for Wells Fargo in North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota.
